Varrion 3D (V3D) is a proprietary tool and software suite being developed to rapidly generate 3D models of BHA wear components pre and post-run, enhancing the ability of bit reporting and BHA analysis. Instead of a static picture with a run report, engineers will receive reporting featuring Live 3D PDF’s quantifying individual cutter wear, loss of volume, and other detailed information.
